Probity Mortgage Services is run by Impartial mortgage adviser Tandi Fellows. Tandi has been advising clients on their mortgage and insurance needs since 2008, and has helped hundreds of clients to find the perfect mortgage solutions for them. She is fully qualified to provide mortgage and insurance advice across the market, holding the required Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and Certificate in Regulatory Equity Release (CeRER).A PERSONAL MORTGAGE SERVICE
Tandi is based in Telford, but works with clients all over the country. She will happily travel to provide a personal one-to-one service to her clients. Building a relationship with her clients is at the heart of Tandi’s ethos. The mission statement for Probity Mortgage Services is to provide finance solutions to help clients purchase the home of their dreams, or to purchase an investment or business opportunity. Tandi strives to put the necessary protection in place to make sure her clients always keep their home and standard of living should the worst happen. Probity Mortgage Services offers nationwide support through the application of any type of mortgage, and Tandi prides herself on treating her customers with complete and confirmed integrity. Peace Of Mind
Karen is the Practice Manager at Probity Mortgage Services. She began her career at Commercial Union at their Regional Life & Pensions Centre in Birmingham, where she started as an administrator in the New Business team, progressing to Section Head of one of their Policy Administration Teams.
She went on to work as a Sales Support Administrator at Scottish Mutual for 8 years, originally supporting a team of broker consultants before becoming PA to the Regional Sales Manager.
In 2004 she joined a large firm of Independent Financial Advisers in Wolverhampton, before moving on to work with a smaller team of financial advisers, where she worked for the last 17 years as a paraplanner, providing research and administrative support to both the advisers and their clients, which is where she first met and worked with Tandi.
Karen has worked in financial services for over 35 years and joined Probity Mortgage Services in October 2022.
